Our ambition here in Electrolux is to lead the enhancement of the consumer journey.
In order to turn our relationship with our consumers into something more meaningful and direct, we created the Consumer Journey sector.
The sector benefits from a structure completely centered on the consumer, gathering many different areas that contribute to each stage under one same perspective.
Within the area, Electrolux's IT teams take on a dynamic and agile approach, focusing on the delivery of solutions optimized for the future.
**What you'll do**:
As the Head of Consumer Solutions, you will serve as the strategic interface with the Consumer Journey area for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, project execution and relationship management, acting as an advisor and as a point of contact between business line executives and managers and the IT teams.

In detail, you will:
- Take charge of the development and implementation of solution roadmaps, ensuring successful introductions across the organization and with customers when necessary;
- Collaborate with LA IT leadership to develop annual budgets for respective business areas;
- Develop business analysis, recommendations, business plans and solution concepts and business cases for new investments as needed;
- Act as the key liaison across all functional areas internal and external to the company, creating a shared vision of solutions, facilitating decision-making relating to trade-offs within and between different solution platforms;
- Take charge of agreed project portfolio, developing and implementing sound rationale and managing product phase-in-phase-out plans, coordinating timing with other functions, anticipating gaps and overlaps and overseeing the launch process;
- Identify, screen and evaluate new solution opportunities to address customer needs, collaborating with key staff members to create strategic business plans, making use of appropriate technologies to deliver solutions in the best way possible;
- Collaborate with architecture and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards;
- Provide leadership, coaching, development and direction to the team.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:
You have:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration or related areas (Master's degree is a plus);
- Experience with IT as connected to Consumer Care, Marketing and Experience areas;
- Experience as a team leader of team leaders (preferably with cross-functional teams);
- Experience with IT transformational initiatives, across the full project lifecycle;
- Experience with development and implementation of solution roadmaps, IoT and mobile solutions, working across business areas;
- Experience with e-commerce platforms;
- Experience with projects and/or architectural decisions involving SAP, Salesforce and/or VTEX;
- Knowledge of backend and software architecture, DevOps concepts;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
- Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies on Consumer Experience Platforms (Marketing, Consumer Care, Ownership Solutions and Connectivity);
- Advanced English (Spanish is a plus).
Where you'll be:
You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office.
