Position Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Crypto OTC Sales to be based in our HQ in Hong Kong, to lead and grow our OTC trading desk.
This role requires a proven track record in crypto OTC sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the crypto space, along with a demonstrated ability to manage and lead a sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, nurturing existing relationships, and overseeing the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities : Client Acquisition and Retention : Actively identify, target, and acquire new clients for the crypto OTC desk, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Sales Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of OTC sales professionals, driving team performance, setting sales targets, and ensuring high levels of motivation and alignment with business goals.
Strategic Sales Planning : Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Market Analysis : Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly and keep the team well-informed.
Collaboration with Trading and Compliance : Work closely with trading and compliance teams to ensure seamless trade execution, manage risk, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Requirements : Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years in crypto OTC sales, with hands-on experience in client acquisition, sales, and relationship management.
Sales Management : Proven experience in managing a sales team, whether large or small, with a record of setting and achieving ambitious targets.
Client-Focused Mindset : Exceptional client management skills, with a proactive approach to relationship building, conflict resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of crypto markets, OTC trading structures, and regulatory considerations.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively engage with high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and internal teams.
