Description Job PurposeHead of Government Affairs to Brazil will effectively manage and develop our Brazil Gov.Affairs agenda in Brazil and secondarily in Latin America.The GA Head will oversee the advocacy of company interests (both proactively or reactively);work as a strategic advisor to the business; and identify and build plans to capitalize on political and policy opportunities that will grow or protect the business.The candidate should do the mapping of main stakeholders, including but not limited to Government Authorities, Regulators in Federal, State and Municipal levels, and Trade Associations vital to the business.The Head of G.A should abide by Kraft Heinz corporate values and policies.Develop proactive government affairs strategies that will align with our growth plans.Key Activities & DeliverablesMapping of main stakeholders, regulatory entities, ANVISA, Gov.Authorities in Federal, State and Municipal levels and build a relationship.Developing and executing a strategic government affairs plan for BrazilIdentification of main bills and discussions of regulations changes that can impact the business and work proactively to avoid negative impact the business.And define the best strategy to work on if proactively, reactively and/or by any Trade Association.Define the best strategy to work on if proactively, reactively and/or by any Trade Association.Understanding current food law regulation, financial/tax, environmental opportunities and others, latest policies and incentivesAttend government meetings, and events and support on-spot inspections and licenses/permits issuance and renovationsUnderstanding the latest policies and incentives, impacts on company business.Standards & regulations revision and suggestions related to Company business.Crisis ManagementFSQ support and close partnership to understand and provide visibility of standards & regulations revision, suggestion and government authorities' initiatives, problem solution.Better understanding of measures and rules in enforcement, identification of gaps and work in remediation action plansQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, Public Relations and Communication or LawExperience in Legislative of Executive branches of governmentMore than 10 years of experience leading Government Affairs Act with Integrity and do the right thingInfluence and NegotiationCommunicate EffectivelyHands-onProactivityWork Collaboratively as Team PlayerThink and Solve ProblemsFluent in English and SpanishLocation(s)São Paulo - Eldorado
