Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 12 years of relevant industry experience, performance marketing, and with Google Ads products
- Experience as a people manager
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with multi-stakeholder engagement, including executive or C-level customers
- Experience creating cross-functional alignment, executing on common goals, and delivering results in an organization
- Experience leading, developing, and mentoring teams to deliver results
- Experience in the financial services or digital marketing/advertising industries
- Experience building client relationships, translating product value to clients

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a team and work with the regional Sales teams to uncover customers and to develop relationships with customers and their marketing services agencies.
- Drive business growth in the region/industry by developing C-level relationships.
- Analyze data trends and client performance, develop business plans, and prepare and conduct pitches and business presentations.
- Collaborate and consult with customers, increase our customer and agency base, and optimize their advertising investment.
- Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an advocate for events and conferences.
