We're looking for a talented and passionate **Global Payroll and Workplace Director** to join Wildlife's Shared Services in São Paulo.
This role will be in charge of managing payroll and workplace activities for all several countries where Wildlife has presence, working in partnership and collaboration with the stakeholders and having as main objective to provide a better experience for the employees, working in partnership with the stakeholders, assuring the scalability of the workplace and payroll processes, compliance and costs control.

**What you'll do**
- Lead the routine activities of payroll and workplace functions to provide a better stakeholders experience
- Support the team on the development steps
- Support the change management, engaging the teams on the new ways of working focusing on the customer experience
- Be a positive influence to the teams
- Create the governance and implement performance measurement
- Find and implement new solutions and innovation to make the process more efficient and scalable in a global basis
- Be open for changes and ready to establish new service level standards
- Work in collaboration with all the functions and main stakeholders to reach the company objectives
- Create governance and monitor the service level provided to affiliated studios (SIB)
- Assure internal control and compliance for all the process
- Monitor and control the costs
- Manage the third party suppliers and BPOs
- Engage people for the transformation moment
**What you'll need**
- Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
- Robust experience and leadership of Payroll operations and workplace activities
- Have a holistic view of the Human resources processes and procedures
- Leadership skills well developed
- Be positive and like to work in the challenge environment due to the transformation moment
- Experience to drive synergies, building and explore end to end processes
- Previous shared services leadership experiences
- Fluent English
