About the OpportunityAs the Head of Sales, Brazil, you will be responsible for leading OKX's institutional sales strategy in the region, rolling up directly to local General Manager. This is a high-impact role, requiring a deep understanding of the local financial landscape and the ability to foster meaningful relationships with institutional clients.
What You'll Be DoingDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Brazil, targeting brokers, financial institutions, and other key market participants.Build and sustain high-value relationships with institutional clients, leveraging both traditional finance and crypto insights to deliver tailored solutions.Collaborate with the business development team to drive Brazil's market objectives.Manage local order book processes and RFQ systems to maintain and enhance the quality of OKX's institutional offerings in Brazil.Contribute market insights to help tailor OKX's product suite to meet the unique needs of Brazilian clients.Ensure alignment between OKX's Brazilian market strategy and broader institutional goals, working with global teams for a unified approach.What We Look For In You10+ years in sales or business development, preferably with a mix of corporate banking, institutional finance, or fintech experience.Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives independently, with a hands-on approach to sales management.Strong understanding of traditional finance structures, especially in corporate banking, institutional sales, or brokerage services.Skilled at building and sustaining trusted client relationships, capable of translating complex products and solutions for high-value clients.Demonstrated ability to achieve growth targets in a fast-paced environment and manage high-stakes projects from start to finish.Strong presentation skills, with an ability to lead strategic discussions and influence senior stakeholders.Fluency in Portuguese and English for seamless communication across local and global teams.Nice to HavesFamiliarity with the crypto or blockchain industry, with an interest in expanding this knowledge (OKX provides ongoing training).CFA, CAMS, or relevant certifications in finance or compliance.BenefitsL&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development.Various team building programs and company events.Wellness and meal allowances.Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependents.Apply for this job* indicates a required field
