Danfoss is seeking a **HR Analyst** who will be supporting our local HR team, close to the business, providing local support to managers and employees.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Acting as advisor and sparring partner to local /regional managers.
Being the "Face of HR", support the people and employees´s managers on day-to-day management of HR Topics.
- Establishing a strong network with HR Business Partners.
- Taking the ownership about recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employment processing, compensation, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations, and ensure they are delivered on time.
- Delivering the "annual people cycle" and global strategies.
- Working towards increasing employee satisfaction, motivation, engagement, and retention.
- Ensuring compliance with labor law.
**Background & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree with focus on Human Resources (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles preferably in an industrial environment.
- Experience working in a country/regional matrixed or otherwise complex environment.
- Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
- Proactive, out-of-the box thinker with the will to challenge and question the status-quo.
- A good understanding of organizational changes and experience in similar companies.
- Outstanding interpersonal, coaching and communication skills.
- Advanced English Language.
- Intermediate Spanish Language.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures.
