We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Latin America (LATAM) Human Resources (HR) team as the Brazil HR Business Partner supporting all AWS businesses in the Country.
In this role, the HRBP Leader will be responsible for driving critical strategic and transformation initiatives.We are looking for a Brazil HRBP Leader with excellent strategic management skills who can think big, lead end-to-end process execution, cultivate collaborative relationships at all levels and push the HR function to keep evolving and embark on a continuous improvement journey.
Our goal is to build a strong HR organization and to design and implement people programs and practices that are scalable for our growing and complex business in Brazil.
