Additionally, you will provide first-line support to our employee, HR, and leadership teams, drawing on HR expertise and empathy.

This includes occasionally working weekends, nights, and rotating schedules based on business needs and/or peak times.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Completed Bachelors DegreeExperience in Human Resources subsystems as an HR Business Partner.Experience in supporting customer groups that work with massive processes, operations, and related areas.Advanced English and fluent Portuguese.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an intermediate level (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).Must be willing to work on-site and on a flexible schedule that may occasionally include nights, weekends, and holidays.
