A global leader in sports betting and gaming entertainment is looking for an HR Generalist to join their energetic international time on hybrid basis in Sao Paulo As an HR Generalist, you will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with local HR practices in the country you operate. Your role involves delivering Tier 2 administrative services as specified by the service catalogue. You will work closely with the broader People Services & Operations (PS&O) team to resolve cases within the stipulated SLA, collaborating with local EUS, Workplace, and Payroll teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Additionally, you will support the integration of local processes into our Service Delivery Model. Key Responsibilities Local HR Practices: Ensure compliance with local HR practices, regulations, and standards in your country. Tier 2 Service Delivery: Execute specialized, process-driven services within Tier 2, handle complex queries, and provide accurate people services. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with PS&O, local EUS, Workplace, and Payroll teams for smooth and efficient service delivery. Standardization and Integration: Partner with the Operations Manager to standardize local processes and support their integration into the global Service Delivery Model. Guidance on Global Projects: Provide insights, guidance, and feedback for global projects to ensure they meet local needs and are effectively implemented. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within People Services. Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring strict adherence to People policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Employee Lifecycle Management: Support and enhance the employee lifecycle by delivering exceptional service from onboarding to offboarding. Data Management: Utilize HR systems and data analytics to manage employee information, generate reports, and inform decision-making. Training and Development: Provide training and support to employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and self-service tools. Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate stakeholders when necessary. Policy Implementation: Ensure the implementation and adherence to global and local HR policies and practices. Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Meet or exceed service level expectations by delivering timely and high-quality HR services. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing clear and effective communication regarding HR services and processes. HRIS Support: Assist with HR Information System (HRIS) user acceptance testing (UAT) and service rehearsal testing (SRT) activities. Specialist Skills and Experience HR Knowledge: Functional knowledge of HR employee lifecycle and local HR regulations. Service Delivery Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services. Technical Proficiency: Experience with workflow and case management systems. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with a proactive team and manage tasks independently.
