**Responsibilities**:
- Coach managers on individual & team performance and professionalism
- Partner closely with legal team on routine & complex employee relations issues
- Support HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Total Rewards) in leading local manager training, employee onboarding and site engagement activities
- Champion & improve of site engagement by partnering with site leaders on culture activity, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and solutions to enhance the employee experience
- Together with the business aligned HRBPs, you'll support business reorganizations and restructures
- Deliver anecdotal and analytical insights for supporting sites
- Develop and document processes to contribute to the Site HR Business Partner library
- Seek out opportunities to optimize HR policies, processes, and programs
**Experience**:
- Good knowledge of Brazilian Labor Law (main aspects) and Union's CBA
- Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Kronos, and/or Workday is preferred
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
