As our Human Resources Administrator, with a focus on HR documentation, you'll ensure that each employee has a seamless experience with everything from onboarding to payroll, making them feel supported every step of the way.
You'll be at the heart of our HR operations, overseeing documentation for hiring, transfers, and terminations, managing data that supports HR processes, and ensuring compliance with Brazilian labor laws and the company's internal standards.

Prepare, maintain, and monitor all HR documentation, including employment contracts, onboarding orders, transfers, relocations, and terminations.
Keep employee personal files up to date.Prepare documents related to vacations, sick leave, and other absences.Ensure compliance with all Brazilian labor laws (CLT), CBA, and internal company regulations.
Adapt company processes in line with changes in legislation.Coordinate hiring and termination processes, including document collection, contract preparation, and severance calculations.
Maintain time tracking records of employee working hours, including overtime, night shifts, and work on weekends and public holidays.
Prepare and submit mandatory reports to government authorities, such as employment reports and tax declarations, when necessary.
Support interactions with labor inspection and other regulatory bodies when necessary.Collect and prepare data for payroll processing, including vacation days, sick leave, and other payments.
Ensure accurate and timely transition of payroll data.Provide employee consultations on HR documents, payroll, vacations, and other employment matters.
Explain internal policies and procedures related to employment issues.Manage employee lifecycle operating processes (eg. pre-boarding, onboarding, relocation support, employee changes, performance review, off-boarding).
Consistently identify and implement ways to improve the employee journey and experience by engaging with employees and bringing perspective on best practices.You'll need: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in HR documentation.Excellent knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT) and HR documentation processes.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel).Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.Here's how we care about your growth, well-being, and comfort: Professional development budget for relevant conference tickets, training programs, or courses.Flexible benefits package to customize your own perks.Generous time-off policy to balance your work and life.Hybrid format to split your time between the comforts of home and WeWork spaces.Manychat is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
