Key tasks include:Perform follow-up on import and export processes, ensuring compliance with shipments according to the plant's needs.Build effective relationships both internally and externally to ensure assertive communication.Conduct cost analysis for the commercial and purchasing teams, identifying business opportunities and load optimization.Schedule plant deliveries with carriers, aligned with the plant's daily receiving capacity.Plan and manage all import requirements, reporting changes in the international market.Negotiate contracts with customs brokers and conduct compliance training.Resolve service provider performance issues and provide periodic reports on key performance indicators.Provide internal and external customer service for business decision-making.Knowledge of taxes and duties involved in the import and export process.Knowledge of customs legislation and updates affecting the business.Analysis and submission of cash forecasts to finance monthly.Min.
