About the Job
The Infrastructure Network Engineer will oversee IT Infrastructure Services across Brazil and Mexico, joining our team of Changemakers. Does that sound like you?
Your Future Role
As Infrastructure Network Engineer, you will:

Oversee and monitor infrastructure performance, addressing risks and issues proactively.
Manage network services, including configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and access points.
Ensure compliance with ITIL Service Level Management objectives and participate in Security and Risk Management activities.
Collaborate with local and global teams to support and upgrade IT infrastructure.

We Believe You Bring

Cisco Certification (CCNA or CCNP required).
Proven operational experience in IT Infrastructure support with proficiency in Local and Wide Area Networks.
Fluency in English (written and oral).
Experience with Cisco and Aruba Network Equipment, and network monitoring tools like SolarWinds and RSA.
Experience with Cisco IPT is a plus.
Additional certifications in network technologies.
Knowledge of advanced network protocols and design.
