The Instructional Designer is responsible for the design of all variety of instructional materials for traditional instructor-led courses, online programs, web-based learning aids or products, and other programs as needed.With Hollywoodbets You Will:Innovate and create as part of a like-minded, authentic Team eager to achieve goals.Embrace challenges and the thrill of working in a vibrant and fast-paced industry.Grow with our development plans and culture that allows you to further your career.You Bring:Relevant Diploma/ Degree or studying towards.5 Years of Instructional design experience.What You'll Do For The Brand:Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.Develop materials for courses based on information provided by subject matter experts, department heads and trainers to create the best coursework possible.Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product.Create realistic objectives for learning or performance for students and instructors.Redesign courses for online presentation that are conducive to distance learning programs while still adhering to academic goals of the institution.Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts.Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods.Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc).Recommend changes to existing courses, including technology or instructional methods, to better adhere to delivery options and accessibility for the course.Analyze courses to ensure they meet or exceed the organizational standards and provide reports for accreditation reviews.Adapt coursework to assist learners with disabilities so that they can experience the same learning opportunities as others.Remain aware of all emerging instructional technologies and make recommendations about when to adopt certain systems to continue to offer the best learning experience possible.Maintain project documentation and course folders.Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs.Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them.Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course.Decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments.Working with experts to determine what is to be learned.Ensuring content matches established objectives.Reshaping content for changing needs.Structuring content and activities for optimizing learning.Creating and testing multimedia.Developing entire courses and curriculum.Creating student guides and training manuals.Conducting any ad hoc tasks or research when required.What You'll Bring To The Team:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Impressive planning, organizational and time management skills.Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.Good report writing skills (verbal and written).Proficient in training methodologies and best practice.The Company We Keep:At Star Factory we don't just recruit talent, we cultivate it.
