The person holding this position ensures that the team of 200 has the necessary training, skills, support, and resources to do their job to the highest level.**QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATION / LICENSES****_If mandatory - we will note this_**- Diploma or higher education in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management or Psychology- Certification from a recognised Butler School highly regarded.- UAE or International Driver's License Mandatory- Know fluent English Mandatory- CV must be in English Mandatory**EXPERIENCE**- 5+ years' experience working as a manager in a 5* establishment- Experienced in working with VVIP clients with a passion for providing personalised luxury service**KEY SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE**- Exceptional organisational skills- Exceptional people skills- Great attention to detail and creativity- Leadership capabilities - able to motivate, lead and upskill a team.- Willing to go above and beyond.- In depth knowledge of managing a luxury property- Advanced knowledge of Food & Beverage- Advanced knowledge of Housekeeping, including sanitation and hygiene- Exceptionally well-groomed with excellent social etiquette- Discrete and of good moral judgement- Able to function at optimum level under pressure.- Capable of effective time management through skillful prioritization- Advanced MS office skills - word, excel, outlook, ppt.- Report writing.**LOCATION**Abu Dhabi, UAE**START DATE**ASAP**SALARY**< AED 35,000**BENEFITS**- Car- Phone- Meals- Health Insurance- 1 economy flight per annum- 30 days' vacation per annum- 2 years renewable contract- Client to provide work visa and limited relocation expenses if not local
