The IT Asset Management Practice Lead SAP Consultant will be part of the SAP Professional Services Team.

- The position requires knowledge of architecture, technical concepts, practices and procedures related to SAP systems, as well as SAP on Cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of SAP audit processes, direct use, addons and indirect use licenses is required. Working with our clients, you will help lead design sessions for Software Asset Management (SAM ITAM) Projects, work on Audit Risk Assessments, SAP license and contract compliance projects.
- You can also act in customer service in their possible needs related to the Publisher SAP. SoftwareONE's leading and fast-paced work.
- Extraction of reports and data relevant to audit risk management, compliance and activities related to SAP audit processes.

What we need to see from you:
At least 3 years of experience in SAP audit tools: USMM, SLAW, LMBI among others (Specific for solutions) - desirable.
- Strong knowledge of SAP licensing concepts: Users, Engines,
- Good knowledge and practical experience in the operation of SAP systems.
- Indirect Use and Cloud solutions.
- User registration and permission management.
- Desirable knowledge of types of contracts and support/maintenance provided by SAP.
- Knowledge of versions and types of SAP products and solutions most commonly adopted in the market.
- Had previously engaged in a SAP Audit Processing, either as a consultant or as a customer (desirable).
- Know the main ones modules of SAP.
- SAP request transport processes and evaluation of possible errors related to this process.
- Desirable intermediate/advanced Office package (Excel required) and knowledge of data structuring and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders (senior management, team members, customers and support staff).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with key decision makers and different people in a multicultural environment.
- Strong service attitude; build lasting relationships with customers, seek efficiency and effectiveness; Oriented to customer satisfaction and focused on results.
- Ability to work on their own initiative and autonomously and collaboratively in a team.
- Willing to learn new things and adapt according to organizational goals.

- Fluent Spanish (required)
- Fluent or intermediate English (desirable)
- Basic, intermediate or fluent Portuguese (desirable)
