Working at Amcor means you will have a unique opportunity to be a part of an organization that is committed to innovating and driving new solutions to create more sustainable packaging solutions.The IT Business Analyst acts as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders by understanding business problems and change needs, assessing the business impact of problems/changes and translating them into an IT demand.It is expected that the IT Business Analyst can lead/support strategic Amcor business initiatives through the execution of projects and intricate support activities for one or more functional areas.Key Job AccountabilitiesRegular Support Activities:Partners with business stakeholders to continuously learn end-to-end business processes in the BI to gain functional expertiseWorks daily on production support issuesDevelops an understanding of the foundation architecture diagrams for Power BI and data management, including landscape managementProject ActivitiesPartners with business teams to plan and implement/lead projectsMentor and develop expertise through delegation of activities, knowledge sharing, and process documentation review/adherenceDocuments business requirements and translates them into functional requirements and IT solution designsWorks with development resources to confirm the requirement is being metBuild test plans, conducts component/integration testing and participates/supports on user acceptance testsAssists with data conversion and data validationParticipates in go-live activities and post go-live supportReviews solution with Solution Architects or IT Application Specialists and makes necessary adjustments before full deploymentSupports knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer to end usersResponsible for defining project requirements, project scope, timeline, resources, obtaining Business and IT agreement on these items prior to project startQualifications/RequirementsBachelor's degree, in computer science, management information systems or a related field or equivalent experience.Fluency in English communication (spoken, written).Knowledge in data structures and relationshipsSolid background in Power BI dashboard creation and usage.Ability to import, change and visualize data from different sources.Ability to interpret data and translate them into insights and actions.Efficient integration between SQL queries and Power BI.Ability to create clear and impactful visualization.Understanding of ITIL concepts preferredAgility, sound judgment, independent thinking, follow-through, and initiativeAttention to detail with high level of accuracy with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsGood organizational skills and the ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team#LI-remote
