Manage digital assets service providersPromote constructive debate, voice opinions explicitly that help shape key decisions and foster this behavior and mindset across the organizationInteract with multiple stakeholders – technical and business leadersWork closely with the global Santander structures: Blockchain Center of Excellence and Digital Assets UnitChallenge the status quo, consider alternatives and make hard choicesRequired qualifications:Self-learnerExperience with technology transformationExperience with software development, DevSecOps, agile and other methodologiesExperience writing codes and leading developersExperience with mission critical systems, availability and resilienceAnalytical, problem-solving skillsCommunication skillsDigital assets affinityEnglish (read, speak, write)Desirable:Hands-on knowledge of the key blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Corda, Fabric/Besu), their deployment models and network design; understanding of smart contracts design and deployment; knowledge of custody technologies and models for cryptographic keys.Experience with enterprise-grade Blockchain software in an agile development cycle.
