As a Junior Customer Service Representative , you will provide customer service for M-I consumables and parts, from order receipt to delivery to the customer. What you will do: Analyze and process orders for printers, parts and consumables. Track the billing of processed orders. Track the backlog and inform the customer about delays. Contact the logistics department for delivery positions and billing availability. Check processed orders on customer purchasing portals on a daily basis. Issue quotes and send them to customers. Support the customer with complaints, clarifications or questions by email and phone. Support the sales team with printer orders for billing/processing. Support the finance department with re-billing requests. What you need to have: High school diploma. 1-2 years' experience with customer service. Fluent Portuguese & Spanish and good command of English are a must User-level knowledge of Office Package Skills: Verbal and written communication, negotiation, influence without authority, organization and time management. Knowledge of SAP is nice to have Availability to work from the office (Barueri) 5 days a week.
