At Factorial, we're looking for a new Product Onboarding Specialist for the Italian Market to help us boost the company to the next level.The RoleAs part of the Onboarding Specialist team, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring our clients use the platform to its fullest, and gathering customers' feedback. One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the client's needs.
