About the Position:
We are looking for the most dynamic and talented researchers in the industry to join our amazing Brazil research team! You are the ideal candidate for this Research Executive (Junior Research Analyst) role if you have marketing research experience, ideally on the supplier side. In this position you will work through the full project lifecycle, building client presentations, and working with sales and internal operations. You will help clients with everything from ad concept testing to ad pre-testing, as well as campaign evaluations, pack testing, brand tracking, segmentation, shopper research, etc.

Position Expectations:

Execution (with close supervision and sign off from more senior team members) of basic (qual/quant as appropriate) end-to-end research.
Updating/creating first drafts of straightforward questionnaires/moderation guides (for example for templated/standard solutions), creating simple tab specs, link testing (standard/simple projects), creating error-free basic reports/templates/charting.
Giving support to/shadowing more senior team members in the execution of medium complexity research methodologies/designs at all stages of project lifecycle.
For small/standard projects: main point of contact for Ops/Client Service (for Field Work monitoring, quotas and other data collection-related steps like translation and coding), clients and other team members.
Work together with Project Managers and Operations for deployment and execution, while maintaining overall management of project timelines.
Able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with both internal partners and external clients.
Excellent active listening skills.
Strong organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize own workload.
A self-starter with a proven ability to identify problems and determine the appropriate path to resolution.

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with some degree of exposure to market research. Strong interest in/some exposure to market research either client or agency side.
Previous experience with some of these research methodologies is preferred, for example: ad concept testing, ad pre-testing, campaign evaluations, pack testing, brand tracking, segmentations, qualitative studies.
Some experience with questionnaire design, data plotting, analysis, and project management.
Be proactive, curious and interested in learning different methodologies about different markets.
Proficient in expressing him/herself perfectly in Portuguese and have Advanced English, both verbally and in writing.
