A Day in the Life
The Therapy Sales Specialist Associate (TSSA) position promotes, sells and supports Endoscopy products and services. The position is responsible for driving sales and market share in Chile. The TSS must have a strong commercial mindset seeking competitive market share by focusing their work on leveraging the portfolio within assigned accounts. You will need to demonstrate the ability to develop strong relationships with physicians and nursing teams, providing onsite clinical support to ensure Medtronic's unique screening technology is used to deliver the best outcomes and experiences for our patients. The candidate must have a deep desire to understand the science behind the devices/equipment for Therapeutic Endoscopy and ensure that the customer and patient experience with our technologies are maximized.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.
Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.
Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed. Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor degree: Careers related to the health field.
2 years of clinical experience in hospitals and/or commercial experience in health companies.
Endoscopy experience desirable.
Intermediate English level desirable.
