As we expand our global presence, we're searching for a talented and data-savvy professional to join our team. The Opportunity: We're seeking a Customer Success Analyst to join our dynamic team in São Paulo. This is an in-office role where you'll be the voice and heart of Larroudé, directly connecting with our valued customers. Beyond exceptional customer service skills, we're looking for someone who is data-literate, with the ability to read, interpret, and utilize data insights to continually improve our service quality. Key Responsibilities:  - Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. - Maintain and update detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions, contributing to our knowledge base and quality assurance. - Actively collaborate with the team to develop customer service strategies, using data to identify pain points and craft effective solutions. - Stay well-versed in product knowledge and company policies to provide customers with accurate, relevant information. - Utilize customer service software and tools with expertise to ensure efficient, well-organized communication tracking. - Leverage data insights to support team efforts in mapping customer needs and defining solutions. Qualifications: - Background: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. - Communication:Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Data Literacy: Proficiency in reading and interpreting data to inform decisions and enhance customer service processes. - Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centered approach. - Proactivity: High levels of proactivity and a passion for solving customer problems. - Multi-tasking: Skilled at handling multiple communication channels in a fast-paced environment. - Adaptability: Comfortable working in a rapidly growing, dynamic environment, collaborating across teams in Sapiranga, São Paulo, and New York City. Desirable: - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets and customer service software. - Experience: Prior experience in customer service, especially within the fashion or e-commerce industry, is a plus.
