We are seeking result-oriented Account Managers who are passionate about partnering with our advertisers to meet brand building objectives.
The Sales Account Managers on this team will focus on unlocking Amazon's awareness ad products (Streaming TV, Fire TV, Twitch) and work towards 100% renewal rates.
Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the sales process, experience in planning and executing video campaigns, and experience pitching video and upper funnel products to advertising customers.
As an Account Manager, you will manage and deliver against complex advertiser goals to drive revenue and achieve revenue targets.
You will nurture customer relationships and partner with advertisers that have previously not spent with Amazon Ads or have partnered in a limited capacity.
You will manage multiple campaigns concurrently in a timely and precise fashion, ensuring that delivery and performance goals are achieved.
Additionally, you will leverage Amazon's proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized recommendations to help external customers reach their business goals.
This role is highly collaborative, requires a strong bias for action, an ability to earn trust with internal and external stakeholders, and drive process improvement to gain efficiency and foster collaboration.

Key job responsibilities
Become a knowledgeable partner and leader on Amazon Advertising video solutions.
Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients.
Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers.
Drive deals to closure in a new business environment.
Develop annual media strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals and objectives.
Evaluate success metrics and drive campaign performance using data.
Manage high volume of campaigns at the same time, ensuring that booking, tracking, optimizations and reporting are performed seamlessly.
Educate advertisers on video metrics, insights, and how to drive greater results.
Work cross-functionally with Account Executives and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of B2B sales experience.
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
Media planning & brand planning capabilities.
Success in optimizing products and services based on client needs.
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally.
Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors' degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or Business; MBA is a plus.
6+ years relevant experience in a client facing role including but not limited to digital marketing, analytics etc.
