A Salesforce CRM Business Partner typically plays a crucial role in aligning Salesforce CRM initiatives with the overall business strategy of an organization inside Safety and Industrial Business Group to maximize the value derived from the organization's investment in Salesforce, by ensuring the CRM aligns with business commercial intensity goals.

As a CRM Business Partner you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Collaborate with senior management to define how Salesforce can support business strategies and objectives.
- Design and implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring they meet the business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business units, operations and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of goals, timelines, and requirements.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user competency and adoption of Salesforce across the organization.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness of Salesforce solutions, recommending improvements and overseeing the implementation of enhancements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports within Salesforce to help various departments track performance against KPIs.
Your Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in Salesforce CRM Admin or related roles in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, including a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Certification in Salesforce Administration or Salesforce development is highly desirable.
