Position Goal Build medium / long term brand strategy, activation campaigns development and pipeline plan for Xeomin Brand in Latin America, targeting Brand awareness, Market Share growth, with clear KPI's/results though a high ability to influence different hierarchical levels, including global teams, top managements GMs and Local marketing managers, ideal previous experience in regional marketing roles. Main Responsibilities Understand and analyze the market brand combination of your brand, as per the competition, the SWOT analyses, and the drive the brand strategy. Find opportunities to innovate and build the brand's pipeline, not only on portfolio choices, but also claims and packaging innovation that drives growth, with a clear focus on consumer's insights. Influence and co-lead teams as well as cross-functional teams/ plans (sales / finance / projects / Medical / Supply ) by inspiring and directing personal development, helping people find their own solutions. Use data tracking to analyze what is driving performance, define key market dynamics, growth implications and knowledge gaps, and apply learning to optimize plans, generate value, grow and gain MS. Visit field to understand needs and track product results by region/customer/representatives. Control and achieve all financial and marketing objectives set in the budget, though a deep P&L knowledge. Promote and monitor contacts with Global Marketing Team in order to enable integration and alignment Brief and build with the marketing agency partner and the internal medical team the Brand's Activation Campaign, including all assets for HCP and DTC activation, ready to be implemented by the local marketing teams. Requirements Higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy or related areas. Strong experience in marketing roles, ideally experience in regional roles. Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. Fluent English. Occasional Spanish.
