Lead Quality Assurance Engineer (Java)

Project Description:The primary objective of this project is to integrate 'public cloud' based applications with the enterprise cloud of a major healthcare company based in the United States. The scope of work will primarily focus on addressing security vulnerabilities and implementing architectural enhancements.Responsibilities:Collaborate with other teams and client to find the best solutionsQuickly onboard to Customer's processesQA Lead activities: - Estimations - Tasks decomposition and prioritization - Team ManagementEstablish testing approach (including approaches during pre-sales)Research and evaluate various testing toolsReport test results to management and customer (verbal and writing communication)Test documentation creation and maintenanceQA activities: - Test design, creation and maintenance of automated framework and tests - Report and track the status of issues in Bug-tracking systemMandatory Skills Description:- 5+ years working as a QA in Automation- 2+ years working as a QA Lead- QA Automation framework creation from scratch- Java - Strong level- Test Approach- Experience in leading a distributed team (different time zones)- Experience of the formal software development lifecycle, with a solid grasp of manual and automated software testing methodologies and tools- QA Manual- Test Design- SOAP/REST API Testing- Keep to learn new languages/technologies
