Logistics Analyst

Job Function:Employment Type: PermanentYinson is a dynamic, equal opportunity employer with a great organisational culture where people are valued and empowered to deliver powerful solutions.Key Responsibilities:Execute procedures in accordance with logistics policies and procedures.Process expense report forms related to Personnel Logistics costs, ensuring the registration and updating of SISPAT for the crew, suppliers, and authorities.Ensure that service providers related to logistics align with Yinson's requirements. Interface with Yinson's crew, suppliers, and offshore units.Manage visa arrangements and extensions, immigration procedures, international flight, and hotel bookings.Handle customs clearance of hand-carried equipment, Medivac, and chartering airplanes, ensuring compliance with the client's rules and guidelines regarding embark/disembark and SISPAT. Control and check invoices for offshore personnel logistics, applications, and visas.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Tourism, or a similar field.Intermediate level in English.Proficiency in Excel or Power BI.3 years of experience as a personnel logistics analyst, preferably in FPSOs.Experience working with SISPAT and SAP Systems; previous experience with the Drake system is a plus.Personal Qualities:High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.If you want to team up with us as we dream and stride towards a better tomorrow – we would love to hear from you!
