Logistics Channel Development Director

Job Description:Responsible for the overall planning of the channel and the development of different logistics products (including but not limited to customs clearance and tailgate), to ensure that from End to End program time & cost optimization;Responsible for the whole process of sourcing, introducing and negotiating with logistics service providers;Responsible for the docking work with relevant domestic business departments, integrating upstream and downstream information, and evaluating and optimizing logistics channels;Responsible for taking over the needs of other departments for overseas logistics market, and promoting the output of relevant programs & projects for channel development according to local conditions;Bridging the communication bridge between overseas local team and domestic team, collaborating with domestic and overseas resources to promote the effective development of channels.Job Requirements:Bachelor degree or above, Supply Chain Management, Logistics engineering, Logistics management and other related majors;7 years and above experience in logistics operation, logistics channel development, familiar with international logistics operation, overall logistics planning and operation experience, familiar with freight forwarding, cross-border logistics, familiar with Latin America and the United States. Familiar with cross-border logistics, familiar with Latin America sea and air transportation express logistics channels is preferred;Business processing ability, cross-departmental win-win cooperation, business negotiation ability, supplier management ability, project management ability;Team management experience is preferred.
