**Smart Coolers Business Lead - Brazil**

**Position Overview**:
O2O's moonshot is to boost growth of the 650M Latin Americans, creating the industry most relevant digital ecosystem in LATAM.
Winning in the present, while creating the future.
And as part of the B2C Team, we will enhance & expand our unique omnichannel connections with our consumers.
While there is the "Present Forward B2C team" focused in _winning in the actual market, surpassing our offline share build the best omnichannel experience, _as Future Back B2C, we aim to _Develop, test & scale new business models to create the best digital experiences_.

Change old ways of working and understand how to integrate new digital tools into our internal processes.
Seek ways to be alert on new trends and technologies that will allow O2O to bring better value to clients and the company.
Prototype, pivot, and learn from new technologies and their developed solutions.
**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for leading in a profitable and sustainable way Smart Coolers in Brazil
- Collaborate with LATAM & Global teams to co-create and execute a scalable strategy to capture Smart Coolers and Micro Markets Headroom.
- Develop and lead BR bottlers routines and alignments to set and execute Smart Coolers Strategy, providing visibility of performance and actions.
- Creating a business and financial case for a sustained business model for the Bottling partners considering both current reality and also future vision.
- Interact with Operations, Global D2C, Finance, Platform Services, R&D Equipment, Market Assets, Legal and other areas to ensure multifunctional and multilevel collaboration.
Developing valuable and long-term relationships.
- Challenging conventional thinking and bringing new solutions for Smart Coolers platform requires continuously seek and bring Commercial and Digital trends to implement completely new processes that impact the Bottlers and customers' value chain.
- Multiple Stakeholders across the KO System that need to be convinced and engaged for ensuring the investment and success behind Smart Coolers initiatives.
This will require a combination of innovative thinking, resilience and franchise leadership.
- Implement Governance models for Smart Coolers platform that will enable a smooth operation with bottlers, with defined roles and responsibilities along the processes.
Developing new processes that trigger creativity and innovation across the System
- Perform and analyze reports (users, frequency, volume, revenue, ticket, etc ) with the objective to evaluate System and PoS performance to identify business opportunities and make decisions.
**General Requirements**:

- Fluent English (good to have Spanish)
- 4-7 years of professional experience
- Embodies and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
- Demonstrates cross-functional team leadership experience
- Franchise Leadership
- Results Oriented
- Have the ability to excel in a fast paced environment
