Our Purpose:
Overview:
The Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (C&I) team is responsible for product management and innovative product development of products and services to address the evolving risk & cyber security needs of all of MasterCard's various customer segments.
The C&I team was established with the responsibility to safeguard all aspects of safety and security in payments and have made great strides with new products, services and standards, positively impacting all aspects of our current and future payment eco-system.
Ekata, a Mastercard company, is the global standard in identity verification, providing businesses worldwide the ability to link any digital transaction to the human behind it.
Our Ekata Identity Engine, the first and only of its kind, uses complex machine learning to combine features derived from the billions of transactions within our proprietary network and the data from our graph to deliver industry leading risk assessment solutions.
Ekata has recently expanded into Latin America, where Mastercard has a great established presence.
The need and demand for innovative fraud/risk solutions has increased in recent years, especially after the pandemic, where e-commerce has grown 51%, impacting the region with high fraud.
Ekata has a big focus on partnerships & integrations with various fraud and decisioning platforms, allowing customers to leverage our data in the platforms they already use.
This is an exciting time to join as one of the first members of the Partnerships Team in Latin America, an important role in the success of our expansion into the region.
In this role You will:

- Work closely with the Regional & Global Partnership Directors to help drive team strategy and win new business opportunities with key partners.
- Assist with the day-to-day management of our most strategic and growth partner relationships, developing scalable business processes and operating procedures for success.
- Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with our partner contacts, while also developing new ones in various parts of the partner organization
- Share responsibility for all aspects of partner growth: prioritization of business, strategic and financial assessment, structuring and negotiation of new projects, and ongoing partner management, including regular cadence of partner meetings, ensuring customers have materials in appropriate language, assist with co-partner marketing initiatives & events.
- Be accountable for success metrics and partner revenue growth.
- Maintain direct relationships with partners, proactively resolving issues and creating business value.
- Collaborate with a broad range of internal stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Account Services, Sales and Legal, serving as an advocate for your partners while balancing Ekata's goals.
- Develop to eventually operate with little oversight, being both an executor and strategic thinker.
- Assist Regional Partner Directors and VPs to track, analyze and communicate key metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
All About You:

- Business and/or partnerships experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross-functional projects
- Passion/Interest in Business Development & Partnerships, helping scale business opportunities through strategic relationships
- Experience selling into large enterprises in a quota carrying individual contributor role
- Ability to take direction and proceed to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation to achieve goals.
- Experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, both internally and externally.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing initiatives at scale and delivering results.
- The ability to map complex business organizations.
- Flexibility to travel 30% during each months, sometimes multiple days in a week
- BA/BS required
