Managing Consultant – Financial Institutions
(Senior Level) to join our
Sustainable Finance
team in
Brazil .

Responsibilities:
Play a leading technical role in delivering ESG advice to financial institutions.
Manage a portfolio of projects, controlling staff allocation, timeline and profitability, reporting internally to Partners and externally to client representatives.
Execute complex technical tasks within client projects.
Write technical reports and prepare executive presentations.
Lead meetings and presentations to clients.
Guide consultants and analysts and review their deliverables.
Elaborate technical and commercial proposals.
Originate new commercial opportunities by up-selling/cross-selling to clients.
Contribute to the improvement of methodologies and approaches of service offerings.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in a consulting role delivering technical ESG projects to financial institutions.
At least 2 years managing consulting projects and junior staff in projects.
Strong knowledge of ESG factors and ESG frameworks for the financial sector, such as PRB, PCAF, ESMS, Impact Management, IFC PS, BCB norms.
Familiarity with financial markets and financial instruments.
Excellent writing skills in Portuguese.
Fluent level of English required.
Advanced level of Spanish required, fluency desired to lead projects in other Latin American countries.
Advanced user of the MS Office suite, mainly PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI and other data visualization software are a plus.
Academic background in engineering, business or economic fields; post-graduation in ESG related disciplines.
