We're bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.Worley is looking for an ambitious, structured, analytical business intelligence manager to be part of our Strategic Partnership team to support the evaluation and monetization of digital partnerships development as well as special projects.The mission of the team is to support the growth and differentiation of the digital customer solutions unit, that operates across 5 continents, through:· Short term: Establishment of a commercially qualified Digital partner network, by evaluating the commercial and strategic feasibility of several partnership opportunities, in line with customer needs and sound business case· Mid term: Monitoring and optimization of the Digital partner network performanceWHAT WILL YOU DO:Work on specific projects/ partnerships within the newly created department. Work in collaboration with the leadership team with the main purpose of creating a comprehensive, consistent, clear set of information to support management decision with regards to partnering with external entities or on specific special projects (e.g. evaluation of a company).Specific activities of the role include :· Main task will be preparation and explanation of business case (with all the relevant economics and KPIs)· Preparation of management presentations and related slides, simplifying complex concepts· Design of scenarios for collaboration and monetization with the Digital Partner including pros and cons for all the parties involved (incl. negotiations with partners)· Analysis of potential Digital Partner profile and competitive positioning, extracting relevant knowledge from current operations team and performing desktop research on specific partners and competitive environment in target market· Market intelligence analysis to understand specific vertical as well as market overview and key players in support of identification of potential partner in selected verticals. This will include identification of market sizing, market competitive arena, market growth estimate and ROI for the company· Evaluation of digital companies and start upsKPIS:· Project approval - Top management approval of investment case for partnership (incl. business case) thanks to clear understanding of customer need/ customer problem; solution scoping and related business case· Revenues from partnershipWHAT YOU WILL NEED:· Recognised Degree in Business Administration/ Finance/ Economics (MBA/ CFA preferred)· Experience in strategy consulting and/or equivalent – Minimum 2 years (5 years plus preferred)· Experience in business case preparation and/or company evaluations is key· Fluent English required· Engineering or Industrial background preferred· Analytical and numerical skills, strong logic and business acumen· Excellent command of MS Office Suite and experience in drafting executive presentations/ slides· Teamwork and proactivity· Entrepreneurial attitude with ability to use initiative· Ability to work independently and a high achievement orientation· Excellent relationship skills coupled with the ability to work in a multicultural environmentWe offer a multicultural team spread across different time zones, worldwide geographical remit, future oriented projects as well as the potential to grow in the organization as the department is newly formed.This is a remote working opportunity.Moving forward togetherWe're committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
