The results and findings from tests will help build user and behavioral journeys. Your analytical and organizational skills will be crucial in identifying gaps and opportunities for impactful website updates. A proactive approach is essential. You will engage with C-level, Director-level, management-level, and user-level customer contacts, adapting to each type of conversation, whether strategic and high-level or highly detailed and technical. Strong presentation skills are essential to effectively communicate and present solutions.Requirements CompetenciesKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain web pages, email, and mobile templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement full landing page templates and personalized campaigns.Engage with clients at various levels, from C-level executives to end-users, to gather requirements and present solutions.Design and develop client site maps and ETL integrations with third-party databases and CRM systems.Create architecture and solution blueprints to meet client requirements and drive business outcomes.Monitor and maintain existing personalization templates and campaigns, making updates as needed.Troubleshoot code, conduct QA reviews, and ensure the quality of personalization campaigns and templates.Design and implement new solutions and processes for clients using data integration technologies to support new customer experience strategies and ingest data to Salesforce Data Cloud.Stay informed of the latest technology trends and innovations in customer data platforms, marketing automation, and data integration.Skill SetRequirements:3+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) and Personalization.Strong development skills with 3+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web technologies like jQuery and DOM.Experience in business requirements gathering, solution documentation, and large-scale implementation of personalization solutions.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present solutions effectively.Familiarity with Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and data management, transformation, and ETL processes.Strong understanding of CDPs, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, ETL, and Data Modelling.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and self-starter attitude.Nice to Have:Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Consultant, and Data Cloud Consultant Certifications.Expertise in other technology domains such as 6Sense integrations, Eloqua, and Adobe Target.Accredited in Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama).LanguagesEnglishEducationNot specified
