We are seeking a highly motivated GTM Project Manager based in Brazil to join our dynamic team at inDrive. As a GTM Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence and expanding our reach in Brazil and other countries. NOTE: ONLY CVs in English will be accepted What you will do: Analyze performance, media, and brand strategies on a country/city level. Optimize marketing mix for maximum impact in each region. Conduct Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) and Product Funnel analysis. Generate hypotheses and execute tests to drive growth hacking initiatives. Oversee the creation of effective and culturally relevant creatives for all marketing channels. Collaborate with the social media manager to ensure cohesive and engaging content. Support Regional Partnerships and New Channels: Identify and nurture partnerships that align with regional objectives. Explore and exploit new channels for business development. Lead Regional Projects Execution Collaborate with all marketing departments and Business Development teams on project execution. Manage and drive marketing projects at the regional level Requirements: At least 3 years of digital consumer marketing experience in a global company. Strong data and analytical skills. C1+ English level Experience working with a mobile product. Proven track record of effectively delivering multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management experience, including agency management. Ability to develop market insights, marketing strategy, and analyze campaign effectiveness. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with e-commerce, ride-hailing, or delivery-related industries. Experience in launching new regions, including countries and cities. Knowledge of Brazilian and Portuguese market dynamics. Previous experience in a similar role within the Brazilian market.
