Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in Analysis, Sales, Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Measurement and Attribution, and Digital Analytics.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading communications with leadership and having cross-functional communication with product teams.
- Understanding of Google measurement capabilities across platforms including Google Ads, Tag Manager, Analytics, Cloud BigQuery, and SQL to extract and manipulate data.
- Excellent skills using statistical tools to solve a given data analysis problem.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead Go-to-Market strategy and activation for Performance Measurement solutions in Brazil, collaborating with promoters and technical internal teams.
- Work closely with the Brazilian Measurement and Attribution community to stay updated and contribute to community knowledge.
- Partner with Analytical Leads from the sales team to consult advertisers and agency partners on how Google measurement products can effectively address their performance objectives.
- Act as a thought leader to move clients to better translate business goals into optimal key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion settings through guidance and supporting collaterals.
Orchestrate approaches and consolidate best practices that enable propensity and predictive modeling for conversion purposes.
- Partner with product teams and global peers to provide market-to-product feedback, activations, develop business cases for feature requests, and influence product prioritization.
Analyze Google data, account data, and third-party data to identify opportunities.
