Your primary responsibility will be to work directly with clients to secure, manage and deliver successful Media & Digital projects, to create meaningful impact on client's business, guaranteeing the growth of the business in Brazil. You will also work in synergy with client service teams and advertisers, agencies and publishers to provide expert counsel and ensure high quality deliverables across all projects.If you're motivated by the idea of rolling up your sleeves and collaborating across functions to help to grow the Media & Digital domain business in Brazil, this role is for you.What you´ll do Manage the design, implementation and delivery of client projects;Translate insights into engaging stories with clear and concise implications that will help clients make better marketing decisionsChair client meetingsDemonstrate confidence and strong interpersonal skills in client facing situationsDeliver effective advice and consultancy to your clientsInstigate and facilitate client discussions to better understand their business issuesPlan and manage projects and resources to ensure on time and effective delivery across all client deliverablesManage client and stakeholder communication throughout each projectDesign appropriate research solutions to drive meaningful insight for your client's businessDevelop presentations that address research objectives and provide actionable insightsDevelop strong relationships with existing key client contacts that result in identifying and securing additional business for the Media&Digital domainProvide support to other team members to ensure account responsibilities and deliverables are met to a high standard and in agreed timelinesProvide advice and assistance to other team members to ensure impactful insights and recommendations are delivered across all projectsManage a team of research analystsWhat you ´ll need 6+ years' experience on media and research jobs related.4+ years' experience on client management/facing.Fluency in English and Spanish are requiredDegree in Marketing, Advertisement, Business AdministrationAdvanced understanding of media ecosystems – relationships between creative agency, buying agency, publishers, and clientsDemonstrated experience in interfacing clientsExpertise to drive multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to successful execution through turbulence and/or ambiguity.Strong analytical and promotional skillsProficiency in crafting creative, inspiring, solution-driven stories that communicate complex concepts simply, throughout collecting, and analysing data using basic research techniquesPassion for understanding the customer and digging to identify client needs and solutionsAbility to relate research data to client business issues and make recommendationsAbility to build and maintain strong business contactsNegotiation and persuasion skillsDemonstrated understanding of key principles of advertising planning, buying, and strategyDemonstrated ability to interpret media plan, understand the underlying strategy implementation implicationsExperience delivering presentations confidently and persuasivelyIs this you?
