THE ROLE The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities of Sales Promoters, managing the team, conducting constant monitoring and training, and working directly with customers. This role includes implementing and executing the 5Ps at Points of Sale, detecting opportunities, and strengthening relationships with point-of-sale decision makers to support sales objectives.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Serve as a link between the Commercial Team and Promoters, sharing information and experiences.
Support/Supervise the implementation of plans and strategies established by the Sales Team.
Support/Supervise the implementation of Planograms established by the Company for each segment.
Support/Supervise the placement of point of sale material and the negotiation/placement of displays.
Manage the team's material needs and create mechanisms to control the material used.
Control / Manage expenses generated by the Promoters Team.
Plan the Team's itineraries/work system.
Maintain a good relationship with store managers/supervisors, forming a link between the company and the customer.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Complete Bachelor's degree
Experience in the commercial area
Skills and experience in People Management
Valid Driving License B
Knowledge of the Internet and Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
IT IS DESIRED:
Experience with Merchandising
