As an MS Project Online Consultant, you will be responsible for integrating expert guidance and support in the implementation and optimization of MS Project Online for our clients.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand MS Project integration requirements.Design and develop custom integration solutions that meet clients' specific needs.Configure and implement integrations between MS Project and other systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including integration specifications, data flow diagrams, and user manuals.Test and validate developed integrations to ensure proper functioning and compliance with client requirements.Provide technical support and training to end users to ensure effective adoption of integration solutions.Monitor and optimize the performance of existing integrations, identifying and addressing issues or improvement opportunities.Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to identify new integration opportunities and system enhancements.Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the field of system integration and apply them as appropriate.Adhere to data security and privacy standards throughout the integration process and solution development.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in system integrations, particularly with MS Project.Strong knowledge of MS Project, including its functionalities, configurations, and integration capabilities.Proficiency in programming languages relevant to integrations, such as SQL, Python, or others.Familiarity with system integration technologies, such as APIs, web services, ETL, among others.Ability to analyze and understand system integration requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and technical teams.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Results-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions within established deadlines.Certifications or training related to system integrations and/or MS Project are desirable.Fluent English language skills for 100% communication in English as part of a Canadian team.About the Role:Availability to work according to EST time zone.3 months project.How the process works:We have an interview with Meta IT's HR team, your future Manager here at Meta, and in case approved, a final interview directly with the client's team.To apply for this position, please submit your resume and a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and why you are interested in this role.
