What you will do
Develop and implement lead generation strategies across various digital platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing;
Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap with a focus on automated lead gen solutions (APIs);
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment of development efforts with business objectives;
Oversee a full product lifecycle – from Ideation, Discovery, Validation, and Delivery to Post-Release Analysis;
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements based on a deep understanding of the business need;
Mitigate roadblocks to maintain product velocity;
Proactively audit the implication of the product by the regional brand teams, provide product adoption support;
Stay accountable for the continued operational integrity of the product;
Create and maintain internal and external product documentation;
Collaborate closely and build strong partnerships with Engineering, Analytics & Insights, Product Marketing, and Brand Experience teams;
Foster efficient communication and cooperation with the company's external partners (media agencies, media platforms representatives, sampling partners);
Drive continuous improvement and innovation, leverage industry best practices and emerging technologies to help scale the product.
Must haves
4+ years
of experience in product management roles;
Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation, preferably within the beauty or wellness industry;
Strong knowledge of
CRM
systems and marketing automation tools;
Proficiency in using social media platforms and search engines for lead generation;
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
Successful track record with agile methodologies and iterative development processes;
A strong understanding of how to set
OKRs/KPIs
and track towards achieving specific metrics;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
Proficient in Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Microsoft 365, Miro;
Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to haves
Understanding of eCommerce products, platforms, and technologies;
Experience working with distributed agile teams;
Experience with lead ads and custom integrations via Webhooks;
Experience with Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, Google Ads;
Familiarity with DataDog and Looker dashboards;
Agile Certifications.
