-The professional will respond to the innovation programs aiming the effective introduction of new products and processes in the market. -Performance in corporate strategic planning for B2B and B2C businesses and implementation of market entry strategy. -Business plan, corporate technology strategies, market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. -Management of the innovation team. -Desirable long-term experience with different management of culture and projects between countries, preferably in the food, cosmetic or hygiene and cleaning segments. -Graduation in Marketing and MBA. -Fluent English and Spanish is mandatory.
