New Business Development Analyst

Bachelor s Degree in Economics, Engineering, Administration or related areas. Post Graduation degree completed or in progress (desirable)Knowledge: advanced Excel (mandatory) and valuation (desirable) Fluent English (mandatory)Fluent Japanese (mandatory) Development of new businesses; (For example in biogas project, develop business structure/plan based on discussion with raw material supplier, potential offtakers, lenders, service provider etc.) Analysis and research related to specific sectors, including international trends, commercial, technical, regulatory aspects, among others related to the development of new businesses; Participation in meetings with a multidisciplinary team, with direct interactions in English; Participation in meetings with companies that operate or wish to operate in the market of interest to obtain information for analysis of new businesses and potential partnerships Preparation of reports and minutes of meetings in English; Development of economic and financial assessments and M&A processes related to the development of new businesses; Interaction with invested companies to obtain information for analysis of new businesses. Monitoring consultancies for market survey and new business development Reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), contracts and related documents necessary for dealings with business partners.  Be able to visit several cities in Brazil by biz trip basis.
