Job DescriptionMonitor security measures to ensure that the company assets are adequately protected;Establish measures to control the safety risks, handling, transport, storage and disposal of hazardous substances;Identify the risks and perform the necessary controls in relation to harmful physical agents;Manage the test of emergency situations and identify the areas that need improvement;Conduct investigations regarding accidents and incidents to identify causes and failures to prevent recurrences;Conduct workplace inspections to identify any unsafe conditions and potentially dangerous situations;Identify and document environmental aspects, impacts and health and safety risks associated with the activities, products, and services, guiding the management of appropriate actions to control these aspects, impacts, and risks;Maintain the documentation and procedures of the management system regarding environmental and safety standards and ensure the control of the documents according to the quality management procedures;Ensure the effectiveness of the Plant's Waste Management mechanism;Perform environmental activities aimed at reducing environmental impacts and promoting policies according to the standards established by the company;Maintain and develop ESH policies and procedures as well as develop the ESH management system for continuous improvement;Identify training needs on aspects of ESH;Monitor the work practices of third parties contracted to carry out site activities.
