Onsite Technician

Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their location Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems Participate in project rollouts and deployments Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Desktop Technician Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applications Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, as needed At Hemmersbach, we work with a wide range of clients, including major technology companies and global corporations.
