About the job Operations Management Jr AnalystMain responsibilities:Realize the connection between the Brazilian site and the China side, as well as the president's office interface operationAchieve Brazil factory KPI, policy planning, process change, project promotion, cost, and Lean production managementResponsible for meeting management, organizing regular meetings (such as weekly meetings), summarizing and reflecting on each section, releasing meeting minutes, assisting the director in carrying out uploading and issuing work arrangementsManage all indicators in the MFG, establish the KPI management system, decompose and implement the indicators, and ensure the achievement of all indicatorsManage process, undertake PDTC design changes and internal transformation, supervise on-site process execution, and use process management related information systems proficientlyManage the cost of MFG, find waste points through data analysis, and ensure continuous reduction of unit costHandle policy planning and project management of MFG, supervise the implementation of the work plan of each department, identify anomalies, and address them in advanceCommunicate and coordinate with other departments, effectively implement management requirements issued by higher-level departmentsHandle other temporary work arranged by the directorWhat we need from you:University degree or above in mechanical/automotive/production or related fieldProficiency in Chinese, English, and Portuguese1+ years of working experience in an automobile plantAnalytical SkillsProblem-solving and Decision-Making skillsAbility to develop, implement, and review policies and proceduresAbility to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditingUnderstanding of necessary legal and regulatory documentsAbility to address company problems and opportunitiesAbility to build alliances and partnerships with other departments
