Role Description We are currently seeking independent consultants interested in working part-time in a remote format . These opportunities involve providing support for Oracle ERP products across various modules. The available roles are: Oracle Cost Management Senior Consultant Oracle Trade Management Senior Consultant Oracle WMS/MSCA Senior Consultant Oracle BRM Senior Consultant Senior Support Engineer EBS Financials Senior Support Engineer, Hyperion Senior Support Engineer, Oracle OPM Senior Support Engineer, EBS Oracle Configurator Senior Support Engineer, Oracle EBS HRMS & Payroll Senior Support Engineer, Oracle EBS Advanced Collection / SLA Key Experience, Duties, and Responsibilities: Consultant Experience: Over 10 years of hands-on experience as a technical/functional consultant with Oracle E-Business Suite . Deep expertise in the Oracle Application solutions within your specific area of specialization. Knowledge of additional packages/modules is considered an advantage. Functional and Technical Expertise: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve daily functional or technical issues with transactions. Provide support for Oracle E-Business Suite versions 11.5.10.X and 12.X.X . Deliver practical hands-on support, including functional and technical analysis, issue resolution, and debugging. Strong understanding of Oracle EBS-specific forms, reports, integration, and data structures. Problem Solving and Customer Interaction: Methodically solve complex client issues using your specialized knowledge of EBS functionality and technology. Work closely with clients to understand their needs, support business changes, and consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience . Provide remote functional support and training across various EBS modules. Support client customizations, sharing advice on implementation and best practices. Develop fixes for critical product defects and application failures. Create scripts to identify, analyze, and resolve data issues. Work Format and Duration: Project Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extensions. Part-Time Engagement: Work will be on a part-time, on-demand basis, up to 20 hours per week. Work Hours: The working hours will follow the PST Time Zone (Pacific Standard Time). Education Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant Technology or Business field related to the requested role. Language Proficiency: English proficiency is required, as you will be working with clients and teams from other countries.
