Job Summary The Partnership Operations Supervisor will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of Samsung's app distribution and service partnerships by managing financial and operational data, analyzing market opportunities, and driving strategic insights. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can transform data into actionable plans, support partnership negotiations, and unlock business opportunities with major local players and marketers. Challenges Ensure accurate updates and efficient control of financial and operational data in a dynamic environment. Manage a partnership pipeline with complex negotiations and tight deadlines, transforming data into actionable insights. Monitor and analyze a competitive and constantly evolving app market, introducing innovations to the team. Convert large volumes of internal data into strategic reports and media plans to drive commercial decisions. Support the leadership and Business Development (BD) and Operations teams by providing accurate information and strategic insights to facilitate decision-making. Roles and responsibilities: Financial and Operational Data Management Update the team's monthly revenue control using Excel and monitor invoice issuance with Finance team. Prepare intelligence reports and financial analyses to provide strategic support for the team. Partnership Pipeline Management Keep the Partnership Pipeline updated weekly, organizing information such as status, business models, and deadlines. Propose data-driven insights and strategies to support high-impact negotiations App Performance Analysis and Opportunity Identification Regularly evaluate app performance using tools like Data.AI (Sensor Tower). Identify and assess new distribution opportunities while tracking market trends, including pricing models (CPI, CPA) and innovative formats. Internal Data Transformation and Management Collect and transform internal data (from Big Data systems), translating it into strategic insights. Assist in developing media plans to optimize app distribution. Strategic Support for the Business Development and Marketing team Produce detailed and strategic reports to inform commercial decisions. Collaborate with BD and Operations managers, ensuring continuous access to updated and accurate data for negotiations and partner relationship management. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. MBA or specialization will be considered an asset. Language Skills Advanced English proficiency is required, as this role involves exposure to international stakeholders and regular communication with global teams. Fluency in English will be considered a strong advantage. Technical Skills Advanced experience with Excel and data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau . Familiarity with market monitoring platforms like Data.AI (Sensor Tower). Practical knowledge of Big Data is a plus. Professional Experience Previous experience in operations, partnership management, or related areas. Proven track record of handling and analyzing large-scale data to generate strategic insights.
