Pega Lead Systems Architect (Spanish Speaking)

What success looks like in this role: Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable Pega solutions to meet business requirements.Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and customize solutions accordingly.Implement best practices and standards for Pega development and architecture.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with project guidelines.Manage deployment and post-deployment activities, including troubleshooting and support.Stay updated with the latest Pega features and technologies, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.You will be successful in this role if you have:Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Certification as a Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) is required.Large experience in Pega systems architecture and development.Fluent English and Spanish, both written and verbal.Proficient understanding of Pega PRPC architecture, tools, and frameworks.Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.Willingness to align work hours with the Mexican time zone (GMT-6).Unisys is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that considers all qualified applicants without regard to age, caste, citizenship, color, disability, family medical history, family status, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, national origin, parental status, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, transgender status, veteran status or any other category protected by law.
