Right now, we are looking for a People Journey Analyst to join our team at Globant!
You will get the chance to: Work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.Make an impact and work in large-scale projects globally.Review and control of insurance, benefits.Control of holidays (communication), absences and leaving, and increase and decrease of the personnel.Support employees and Managers.Give administrative training to employees (e.g., Time off).Control of invoicing of providers and the area budget.Control, correct and update the database (SAP).Onboarding.Labor Contracts, Amendments.Focal point for external providers also supporting negotiations.PCMSO control.Employee benefits and support costs controlling, including management of PUMA.Responsible for ISO and CMMI audits.What will help you succeed: Strong interpersonal skills.Experience in a similar position.Basic knowledge of AFIP systems.Being an Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets user.At Globant, we believe that an inclusive culture and a diverse environment makes us stronger.
